At Fiore Infini, we want you to love your preserved rose arrangements. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.

To initiate a return, please email contact@fioreinfini.com with photos of the issue.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only before an order ships. Contact us at contact@fioreinfini.com to modify your order.

Once shipped, we do not offer exchanges, but damaged or defective items are eligible for return (see above).
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
