This Return and Exchange Policy outlines our guidelines for such situations:


Eligibility for Returns:


  • In the unlikely event that your preserved rose arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 week at, accompanied by supporting photographs of the issue.
  • We will inspect the photos and determine if the case is eligible for a refund.



  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We typically ship our orders within 24 hours. If the preserved rose arrangement has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, the standard return process will apply.




    • Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer exchanges.
    • If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to assist with an exchange and can modify your order accordingly. Please contact our customer service team at for assistance.
